Lose Belly Fat & Eat less with the Economy Recession Diet
You are probably wondering what the heck kind of diet is this? In today’s day and age it is the one and only that is 100% affective and lose weight is the only outcome. I know the saying, “if it sounds to good to be true, than it probably is” but believe me when I say the Economy Recession Diet result is unavoidable.
So what is it, I though you would never ask?
I will break it down slow for you, everything is caused by your buget with buying food. Let’s say you spend on an average $400 on food every month buying a variety of fruits, vegtables and those great tasting tv dinners for an easy meal. From here on out, don’t spend over $400 dollars while buying the same types of foods. Why?
Grocery Shopping A Painful Experience
Going to the grocery every week or two I buy the usual food like breads, milk, eggs, cereal, apples, carrots, etc. but when the cashier told me the total it blow my mind. A year ago a 4 dozen cart of eggs was about $5-6, now it is $10 while milk use to be $2 now I have to fork out more than $3. What the heck!
Are you starting to check on? So, if you spend $400 on food a month and food price are increasing, every month or two the amount of food you will buy will decrease leaving you with less calories to consume. Oh how I love to sit down in front of the tv with a big plate of pasta, garlic bread and some steam buttered down broccoli with a beer or soda. Not anymore…as your portion size will begin to decrease and with the price of bread skyrocketing, garlic bread just won’t be on the menu. This is a full proof solution towards losing belly fat, eating less and not giving in to hunger pains.
Did you just say this diet sucks? I completely agree but I thought because every else is coming out with loser diets so could I. And the Economy Recession Diet will actually work.
Food Prices Continue to Increase!
Flour went from .33 cents to .45 cents in two years, milk went from $3.15 to $3.90 in two years and wheat went from $3.50 to $11. What is going to happen if these food prices keep continuing to go up?
It is very hard for me to complain when I struggle to keep buying healthy foods that cost a lot when people around the world are struggling to fill their stomachs. I would like some discussion on this topic as will this recession take people’s eyes away from fitness, weight loss or will it just help us even more to stop eating so much?
Thank you for reading and have a great day!
