HIIT Program to Lose Belly Fat
The HIIT program stands for High Intensity Interval Training which is a variation of high and low intensity intervals of sprints. Do can do this on a track, treadmill, stairclimber and just about anything that you can do high and low intervals quickly.
Example:
Jog 30 seconds, sprint 30 seconds and repeat…
