Morning Workout: Eat Before or Not!

First, I might want to mention that all methods of burning fat and weight loss can be debated from either side with even having reasonable arguments. But the un bias truth is the media and marketing companies put a “spin” on what the end result comes to. What I want to look at is the over balance of health and wellness as anyone can lose weight but the truth is not all people can be physically healthy unless they focus on whole-body wellness.
Getting back to the whether to eat or not before working out there are some considerations to keep in mind:
Insulin hinders your body. Do you really think you are eating too much that is the cause of you getting heavier or is it the fact that insulin spurges is causing your body to turn calories into fat instead of using it as energy.
Low intensity exercise focuses on fat. So, do you believe walking burns more fat or running up the stairs in the same amount of time? Looking at sprinters I really believe that high intensity exercise is the best for burning fat.
Bed time eating will turn into fat. What if you only ate a piece of fruit the entire day but ate it right before you went to bed them would those calories turn into fat? Absolutely not! Food turns into fat when consuming too much at one time or eating too much throughout the day is the case.
Alright, now that we went over some of the basic questions people can’t figure out by themselves let me ask you the simple question again: Should I workout on an empty stomach to burn more fat?
In all the studies I have researched from the statement was that exercising on an empty stomach would increase fat loss. The reason for exercising on an empty stomach is to increase the use of fat for fuel during exercise but it does not burn more fat. The reality is you will burn fewer calories when exercising on an empty stomach as your performance is determined by your nutrition. By eating before you workout you will be able to burn more calories because your energy and intensity will increase.
Remember this and if you have to say it out loud: “working out harder because you feel better burns more calories.”
