Shortcuts for Burning More Calories in Less Time

When you begin to ponder on what it takes to lose weight quick the idea of the longer the better is false. To be correct, you can burn more calories in most cases with shorter workouts than longer ones. Knowing the exercise methods for incredible fat burn and calories usage is just what you need to spend less time in the gym while burning more calories for weight loss.

Here are four ways you can burn more calories in less time:

Increase Intensity

While many people believe working out at an easier intensity is better for you as it focuses on the fat but you must remember the amount of calories burn is scares. By increasing weight, resting less in between and doing full-body workouts is some of the best advice for you if weight loss is your goal. The weight you use should have you going to failure each set that will have workouts lasting shorter while still stressing your muscle.

Super & Giant Sets

Another tip to use when weight training is doing super sets (two sets without rest) and giant sets (four sets without rest) for an increase intensity in your workouts. This training method will stress your muscles to a point where fatigue will hit you faster than ever before resulting in more calories being burn in a shorter workout.

Aerobic with Strength Training

Try going in between cardio and weight training to stimulate your body for maximum calories burned in a workout. Not only will this keep your heart rate up but it is also a great addition to mixing up training methods to get your body off guard and shocking it to accelerate your metabolism. Start with a quick warm-up than begin doing jump rope and leg exercises back to back and then move on to squat thrust and chest and back exercises. This may seem extreme but body does it work miracles.

HIIT Training Method

Oh yes, my favorite type of training as there is no other fat burning training method that burns more calories during and after your workout than the HIIT training methods. What you do is warm-up than do intervals of slow and fast (and I mean maximum intensity for fast)  again and again for 20 to 30 minutes.

Well, there you go so hopefully you give these tips a shot as they really work and are very effective.

Have a great day and God bless!
