Weight Loss Realization Experience
Good Sunday Everyone,
During church today there was a little discussion about small changes and the impact they achieve and it came to me. Small change in your eating and exercise can also impact your home fitness weight loss goals.
Small changes have recommended for so long but it always seems that people choose to go right to conventional diets that have failed over and over again. The pastor gave it to me straight that the long-term changes and best results are from small changes as they are what we can stick with.
Hopefully I am not just talking about me but it seems that we can only focus on little things in life and all the big things seem to get put on the back burning. When it comes to training my clients in their home exercise programs the best results come when they focus on their short-term weight loss goals. Little steps have always been what I preached about but now it has become one of my philosophy’s I will encourage.
These changes I believe don’t have to be anything big but a step in the right direction. An example is what kind of creamer do you put in you coffee and how much? By taking little steps like using low fat creamer or using less creamer in the long run can really make a huge difference. In my own life I have always used 2% milk with cooking, cereal, etc. and for over 6 months now I have been using 0%. In 6 months I have cut out about 4,680 calories in my eating plan and that is only milk.
So what, big deal!
Well, for the past 6 months I have used fat-free milk and salad dressings, while switching from can fruit to real fruit, drinking absolutely no pop (that includes diet pop) and have only been cooking lean meats. By these small changes I have gone from being 10% to 6% and it feels like I have done nothing different. Small changes make life changing results.

There are a lot of minor lifestyle changes that one can make that will help with weight loss. Here are a few.
