I am not saying technology is not good as it is absolutely incredible with what they can do in hospitals, with computers and now how we live our day to day lives. What it has cause is a sense of inactiveness in the last couple generations.

Being a strong believer in weight training and cardio exercise it is hard to stand by when so many people are trapped in a sense of this is life and losing weight is not worth it or it is too hard. That is a lie that has been brought up so many times and I am sick of it.

Eating healthy is nothing more than knowing the truth on the right portions of carbs, proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals. Many times you here people on weight loss diet or programs that lose so much weight but if you have been keeping up in the news, people are gaining all that weight back. Why is this?

When you start on a diet it puts your body through a stage of denying it nutrients needed that forces the body to use other sources of nutrients that aid in weight loss. What this normally does is a lot of the wrong type of weight loss like losing water weight and lean muscle.

The Right Way To Eat

Please write down or memorize these couple tips as it is what has kept me fit, energized and healthy for over 10 years and still is working. Here are the tips:

  1. Eat a healthy breakfast
  2. Drink a lot of water
  3. Eat 5 to 6 small meals
  4. More carbs in morning less at night
  5. Stick to complex carbs
  6. Consume lean proteins
  7. Cut out most of your liquid calories
  8. Eat a variety of foods

These seem pretty easy and that is why they are so effective. If you implement these into your day to day life it will help you to eat healthier, have more energy and feel incredible throughout your day.

Weight loss is not a 6-week program or diet but implementing healthy eating habits and active activities into your life. We were made to be active and eat healthy so I think we should do what we were created for. Eat plenty of vegetables, fruits and lean proteins and try to limit and cut out all those empty calories.
