Breakdancing for Core Strength & Burn Fat

Coming home from work last night I saw several men breakdancing in this kinda aerobic area but I believe it was a dance studio. Becoming so fastinated with what they were doing and how hard it seemed I have decided to begin learning breakdancing to build core strength and burn calories.

Usually people do not start dancing for losing weight, burning fat and building core strength but after trying one session I have never been so sore in my life. This is absolute one of the best weight loss cardio workout ever done in my opinion with continuous body weight moves.
