Weight Loss Nutrition Tips
1) Small frequent portion sizes.
The reason for smaller meals throughout the day is to accelerate your metabolism to burn fat and calories for ultimate weight loss. Eating larger meals a couple times a day forces your body to store calories as fat and glycogen un like smaller meals. Eat smaller meals throughout the day to accelerate your metabolism to its full potential.
2) More fruits & vegtables.
Humans alone do not consume enough vitamins and minerals from fruits and vegtables as breads, fats and sweets have taken over our eating habits. Increase your vitamin intake my eating a piece of fruit or vegtable inbetween each meal for more important nutrients to be used in your body.
3) Eat slowly & enjoy your food.
What is the rush with eating as shouldn’t you enjoy what you eat? Sit down with people and enjoy your food as just throwing the food into your stomach takes all the enjoyment having you craving more.
4) Drink lots of water.
Drink lots and lots of water throughout the day to lubercate your muscles and accelerate your metabolism by cleansing it out. Water will also help you stay fuller longer so buy a bottle of water and drink it throughout the day.
Weight Loss Exercise Tips
Now on to exercise that more than 75% of Americans do not get enough is something much more than achieving weight loss but mobility, health and feeling good as the aging factor creeps up on you. Follow these exercise tips and more than just losing weight will you accomplish.
5) Cardio & weight training together.
Do not go one without the other as both have their benefits but together are stronger than most people preseve them. Doing cardio in a workout burn calories, conditions the muscles and accelerates the metabolism. Weight training in a workout builds lean muscle, accelerates metabolism, improves bone strength and mobility. With these two combined you will achieve an skyrocketing metabolism, condition physique, lean and tone muscle and an improvement with mobility and stronger bones. These two need to go hand-in-hand for complete health and fitness.
