Americans normal calorie consumption comes from sugared beverages, hamburgers, pizza, potatoes, chips, etc. that aid in unhealthy weight gain. Our society has moved towards an eat more and move less generation that is cauing 9 out of 10 people in the United States to be obese at one time in their life. Finally, our country is pushing towards being more calorie aware and figuring out that the only way to lose weight is to eat less and move more.

The same goes out for weight loss and fat burn supplements that even while taking them people still need to burn more calories than they consume on a daily basis. Diets and fat loss supplements can aid in the process but the truth is nothing but decrease in calories can have a dominate outcome of weight loss.
