The reason your overweight has nothing to do with your will-power, over-eating or incorrect diet!…The reason you are fat because the medical and fitness industry make billions off you. Sucks, doesn’t it!
Well think about it for a second. If we were all eating moderately healthy, exercising and taking our vitamins properly while staying at a good body fat percentage, how many supplements, medications, gym memberships and doctors appointments would we have? Studies have shown that people are healthy spend 75% less money on these health remedies…75%!
Your doctor may not be able to afford his new car every three years if we were all healthy and fit.
Working in the health and fitness industry for the past 10 years I have seen, heard and done things like this as when you are a personal trainer money comes in when you have clients that are overweight and not clients that are healthy and fit. The truth is hidden as lies make money not the truth, here’s an example:
“Well Roger, I see you have been exercising and eating right for the most part but lets get you to your results faster. You will need a multi-vitamin, fat-burner/fat-burner 2 & fat-burner 3, whey protein and of course another 2 months of personal training sessions. What do you say?” -Lie & Rip-off
Or, the truth is.
“Awesome job Roger but I see you haven’t reach your desired goals yet so lets decrease your calories and increase your exercise as the only way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you consume. A multi-vitamin would be helpful and another couple sessions so I can point you in the right track. What do you say?” -Truth & save money
The truth is the “rule of thumb” of burning more calories than you consume with eating less and exercising more. That’s it!
I apologize for the world we are living in but ethics is not the main priority as everything is about money. Doctor’s and fitness professionals are helpful and needed in our world but the simplest things can give you weight loss prosperity without spending a dime. The five factors to weight loss and healthy living is exercise, nutrition, flexibility, supplements and personal assistance. When all five are done properly results, longevity, happiness, etc. are gained faster than you ever thought. Exercise burns calories and speeds up metabolism, nutrition aids consuming needed vitamins and minerals with calorie restriction, flexibility for mobilization and body function, supplements aid for alternative nutrients and personal assistance is the explanation and demonstration to all these components.
